    ordered a part and 3 weeks later and no part and not contact possible thru all normal channels. does not look good!

    Placed an order on 9/13/24....no order...no response to emails or phone...sounds like a fax as previously stated....still in processing mode a month later....

    STAY AWAY!!! At one time it might have been reputable, but they cannot be contacted at all. The website will allow you to, attempt, to place an order. Right after I tried to order a $15 cable for my lawn mower a charge was put through, on my credit card, for $326. Fortunately it was rejected, but I closed the account to be safe. What a hassle for a $15 part.
