    Took my car there to be fixed, I brought my own parts, chris opened the boxes of my brand new parts and assured me that I had the correct parts. I took my car in to be fixed on a Friday, NY Monday I took my car back to cutting loose and reported that I noticed I'm having the same problem that I just paid to be fixed 2 days prior. Chris had a thin figured mechanic go outside to listen to my car, Chris did not offer to pull my car inside to check out the issue. The mechanic just asked me to start it up and he listened, and then he told me it was a whole different problem. So I thought that it was something else and I made an appt a few weeks later and took my car back to get the "new problem " fixed. Only for Chris to call me 45 minutes later to tell me that it was the same problem that I had paid them for the 1st time, there was never a "new problem " with my vehicle. I asked how could that be, he told me that " yea your part just went bad, and you should've used our parts. I was upset and confused, so I told him to nor work on it, and I will come pick my car up, Chris then told me I will be charged for a diagnostics fir $100. I took my car to another shop and the mechanic told me that my gaskets wasn't replaced when my part was installed. He also told me that there's no way my part would have just went bad that fast, not after 2 days, or a few weeks. I reported this info to Kris the female receptionist she was combative and defensive about the issue. She keep telling me that I should of just used their parts, and that she wanted to speak with the new mechanic about what he found. I made arrangements for them to speak, ge told the owner what he told me, and also made them aware that the negligence of their work also caused a bigger problem, I now have a leak. I just wanted them to refix it, they refused and the owner told me that he is not going to fix the issue. And If I want they to fix it I would have to pay even more money.

    In response to ******************** review. She was informed that if she supplied her own parts that there would be no warranty. Also the day she returned regarding the problem after the inital repair we were unable to get her vehicle in the air due to other vehicles being worked on. We did speak with her and also her other mechanic *** who spoke with the owner and was informed of which ****** was bad. It was a part that she supplied. *** agreed with the owner that if she supplied the part it was not our responsibility. I do know that things get lost in translation so we offered her to call her mechanic and us on a conference call and she got very upset and refused. She also threaten to call a lawyer. Unfortunatley we were unable to satisfy ****************** and hope she can find another repair facility she feels comfortable with.

    I took my car in for service. Paided $900 to fix the problem. Chris said it was a two year warranty took it back. Found out the problem was not fix. Had car towed in under warranty. Chris then tried to charge me. I refused he got in rage refer to a shot gun blowing off car parts. When supposed yelling abt my car trying to intimidate me so I hung up. It just so happen a guy came in similar situation paided over $1200 brought car back same problem. Please contact 6. If you have a related problem. I really thought I could trust Chris. But after he threatened me. Took my money threw me out like a bad habit. Unbelievable. In God I trust
