    Good evening my sister and I took our Ford for a emission test at Farkas. A young lady named Kamesha greeted us with a big smile. She was awesome and answered our questions. She did the test in a matter of minutes. When she was done she put the new sticker on for us. If we could we would give her 10 stars. Thanks Kamesha for all the help. We will be back when we need the next test.*** and *****

    This shop was recommended to me by AAA, i failed to research the shop and reviews before getting my car towed because i was desperate for help and repairs. I called the shop the day my car was towed , the guy i spoke with asked what were the issues with my vehicle and very happy to assist when i told him my car was on the way , mentioned that he’ll call me back with the review of my vehicle and i stated okay . Called me back a couple days later to let me know that my spark plugs were burnt and catalytic converter was plugged so i was quoted $2680 for repairs . I wasn’t tripping however , i told him I’ll call him back with a decision if i would proceed services or not . I called back a couple days later to notify them that i would be picking my vehicle up via. Tow due to me not being able to drive my car , the guy then asks me if the tow was paying the diagnostic fee or me which was $136 . I mentioned to him that no one ever said anything about a fee to me , the guy immediately gets sassy and argues that everyone charges a fee and i said not everyone do , I’ve worked with many shops in this city who don’t charge a fee for diagnostics , the guy cuts me off and says “well are you going to pay it or not ?” I hung up cause that’s bad service regardless of how you feel . I call back to voice my complaint to the manager Bill who sat on the phone huffing and puffing my whole complaint and had such a nonchalant tone towards my concern about the service . I wasn’t looking for a discount or compensation but just to be a voice for the next customer , Bill never cared . Asked me when i was coming to pick my car up . I would never treat my customers like this , EVER ! I would never expect my customers to know my service policies either especially if they weren’t mentioned the first initial call when i told him AAA was on the way with my car otherwise I’d plan differently . Bill needs to find a job he loves cause customer service is not Bill’s happy place .

    I AM SORR YOU FEEL THIS WAY WITH THE INTERACTION WE HAD. HOWEVER PEOPLE CANT JUST ASSUME THAT US AS A BUSINESS WILL SPEND THE TIME TO DIAGNOSE YPUR CAR AT NO CHARGE. THERE IS A SIGN THAT HANGS IN OUR OFFICE THAT INFORMS EVERYONE THAT ALL VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO A $124.95 DIAGNOSTICS CHARGE, YOU OPTED TO NOT STOP IN NOR ASK. WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO STAY IN BUSINESS AND PAY EMPLOYEES IF THERE WASN'T A CHARGE FOR OUR SERVICES. AS I SAID I AM SORRY YOU FEEL THIS WAY. HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY.BILL
