    On December 16, 2024 I received services at Lowes tire and auto for a no heat driver side to be fixed which cost me amount of $647 and ** **** and on May 18, 2025 which was actually *********************************************************************************************************************************** an appointment on May 28 at 9 oclock 8 oclock in the morning and then they called me andthey told me that I have to pay them 230 between $230 and $310 plus tax For them to access the panel so they can look at whats going on and that is the labor for that I feel like this is overcharging me and I know they overcharged me from my heat. The dealer only charges $350 to fix the heat. They charge me $647 to fix theheat well actually for the labor, he said ************ is really not trying to work with me because they are trying to charge me anywhere between 230 and $310 plus tax just so theycan access the problem which they are the problem. They did not fix the heat the correct way there is no way where I paid all that money and that he only worked for 156 days and now my car is back at their shop and theyre to charge me 230 or $310 plus tax just sold them to look it out look at it and see what problem it is which the problem I believe they actually created it This place also when they were fixing my heat, they actually messed up my heated seats on my driver side, the heat when I pick car up the heater seats on the driver side didnt work and then when I called them about it and asked you did they do anything by accident? They basically was like oh no it didnt work but the heated seats were working just fine Before I took my car to them but my main concern really is that the heat the access is the whole driver side. I feel like they did not it and theyre trying to charge me more money.

    Laus Tire & Auto will be celebrating its 53nd year of being in business this coming September.  We pride ourselves in honest integrity and doing our very best for our customers.  We are  AAA approved repair facility and our technicians are ASE Master Technicians. We use Identifix and ******** as our information systems.

    I am sorry that ******* is displeased.  We have more time invested in his truck than what we billed him on the invoice.  There will be no further discounts than the $406.31 that was discounted off his bill;  which is the amount we noted in response #2.
