    Good evening,My name is ***************************** received an email from **** Vero Program that my listing or item Micro800 controllers & other Rockwell items has been removed due to a Rockwell Automation request, the email stated to contact came from a domain in ******* Ventegus.com . the email that **** requested us to contact is ************************* .Now I know 100% that my item did not violate Rockwell Automation so I know its a competitor that filed a fake vero report to take down my listing.Also a quick search on ****** of that Ventegus.com , ****** reviews come up from other customers that that member had their Mazada Navigation removed from ***** this is 100% fake vero member that created a fake website hosted in ******* and requests removals of **** listings based on what he sells to remove competition.I have seen this before where a competitor on **** creates fake vero member letters and sends them to **** at ************* Usually what **** asks for is only the following:1. Notice of Claimed Infringement (****) (which basically anyone can fill) the registration they get from public records from the USPTO.gov website.You can view the **** form here from ****:https://ir.****static.com/pictures/aw/pics/pdf/us/help/community/EN-****.pdf You can read more about **** Vero here :https://www.****.com/sellercenter/****-for-business/verified-rights-owner-program#m17-1-tb2 I would file a Counter notice with **** the only reason am not doing it because **** will after share my information with the person whom filed the Vero take down and I dont want to share my personal information with basically a hacker or sicko competitor. I know Rockwell automation is only setup with BSA.org (The Software Alliance) so usually BSA.org is the only organization that can send out DMCA requests on behalf of Rockwell Automation, ********* and so on.PDF attached i couldn't fit everything in this message box.

    We are in in receipt of your letter dated September 61 2022. The purpose of this letter is to provide written verification of Rockwell Automation, Inc.'s (Rockwell Automation") position regarding matter number 17922896.

    ********************** complaint states that he has received an email from **** that his **** listings of alleged Rockwell Automation products have been removed pursuant to ****'s Verified Rights Owners ("VeRO") program. **** has provided ****************** an email contact to address his concern but ****************** has refused to do so.

    Rockwell Automation has an established brand protection program to combat the online sale of gray market and counterfeit Rockwell Automation-branded products. As part of that program Rockwell Automation has engaged VENTEGUS Anti-Piracy GmbH ("********") to monitor and remediate infringements of our intellectual property rights on ****. Despite ********************** allegation that ******** is a "100% fake VeRO member that created a fake website hosted in *******," we confirm that ******** is authorized to complete DMCA takedown requests on behalf of Rockwell Automation and act on our behalf using ****'s VeRO program to protect Rockwell Automation's intellectual property rights and report violations.

    In an attempt to determine more specifically which of his listings were taken down by **** we have contacted ********, however, ****************** has not provided any information e.g. **** seller ID, item number, posting date, an address, or any other information in his statement that would allow us to reference his listings. In his complaint, ****************** has specifically refused to provide further information. Consequently, there is nothing more we can do to address his specific complaint. In our experience it is typical that gray market and counterfeit resellers do not want to provide information that specifically identifies who they are, what they sold and where they are located.

    ****************** is not an authorized reseller of Rockwell Automation products. New, authentic Rockwell Automation-branded products are only available from authorized distributors. Rockwell Automation has obtained a General Exclusion Order from ***************** International Trade
