    Sale Number **** Cost $2600.00 06/06/2016 Additional address for company is ********************************************************* 7 yr. Warranty On July 20 2016 3 spring type roll-up metal awnings were installed on the east side of my home, over 3 picture windows.The largest failed to roll-up 8/17/2016 and *** came out and replaced spring roller 2 days later.Then 2nd one failed and they replaced spring, but it has since failed again this summer 2022.The last one failed in April 2022 and the bracket that held it came off and the wind flapped it against the window. I was able to put bracket back on. I called Naegele Awning Company, left message but no one returned calls.I called 8/08/2022, 9/19/2022, My husband went to their new address, they were waiting for parts. I called on 10/04/2022. On 10/06/2022 I got a return call saying they were waiting for parts and would come out and roll up the awnings manually. They didn't show up. I called 10/11/2022, 11/29/2022. Same promises same no results. The other bracket came off during the recent strong wind and the awning is flapping again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I want awnings I can roll up or close somehow. I don't want stationary because it blocks that glorious morning sunshine. I've found 3 other companies that do awnings and one said she could get parts for the ones her company puts up.

    Do you have other options for me?
