      They do not provide the services they claim. They do not service the area/zip code they claim to. Customer service is awful, been waiting 3 weeks for a response. I will be changing providers at the next enrollment period. Complaining here is futile considering they’re far from being accredited! But it’s all I have at this point.

      This company is terrible. I tried to pay my bill online. Could not log in after going through the steps several times. I called to pay my bill, the person on the phone took my CC information but they never charged me. After months of getting bills repeatedly, I mailed a check. They never cashed it. Just received a letter from a collection agency today. They harassed me to pay them but never accepted payment, now collections is after me all over $36! What a nightmare!!

      This is the worst company ever I've been waiting for my oxygen for weeks they keep giving me the runaround they don't return calls like they say they're going to I am so upset today was it, the person that I've been working with had not been returning my calls I reached the office again today still having got a solution. I was trying to go over why I was upset with the girl that answered the phone when I told her to take me off of their list I'll get somebody else she was cutting me off I told her she was very rude when you have an upset customer you're supposed to listen to the problem she said she was going to hang up and she did I called my insurance company they're going to find me somebody else. Worst customer service ever just string you along you don't get your supplies

      Worst company ever. Send bills for things you don't receive. Send out collection for bills they never sent .Are even sending bills for item they aren't even under contract to supply products for. Call them about it and hang up on you. They need to be shut down and put out of buisness

      I received a Cpap machine and a second order of additional supplies for $73. I returned the Cpap machine and unopened supplies within the trial period. After that I have been receiving constant calls asking for a payment of $73. I explained to everyone that the unopened supplies and Cpap machine was given to the driver that picked them up. Today I was told that they sent me to a collection agency and were ruining my credit. (Which is 807) So I called the agency and paid the money even though I didnt owe it. How do I correct this?

      We went to an ********** clinic to get a simple shoe insert, went to appointment, paid deductible per our insurance. Then a month later we pick up the inserts at the clinic.Months after we have the inserts(maybe 4-5 months after appointment), out of the blue (no previous bills or notifications) we get this bill and a letter saying an amount is due (exactly what we already paid) and to pay or it will be referred to collections asap. So having paid with a check (tangible proof of payment) I printed out a copy from bank and mailed it to them asking them update their records. All was quiet for about 6 more months and bam, out of the blue with no other notifications, a bill for some random amount shows up and repeat with their typical intimidating correspondence (threatening collections) only this time no provider or relating info as a visit or item to reference on my end.If you can't avoid doing business with this organization, as other have said, doing business with this one means you now have a part time job of continually auditing and cross referencing their antics with information from your clinic and insurance paperwork - keep everything and make a 'file' electronic or paper or both! Apparently your life is not busy enough, now it will be, doing their job for them.Also, per the review rules here, *reviews are not to include any personally identifiable information... So now repeatedly and currently being juked by Homelink, the BBB wants me to put my real name in a form before they post this (mega oxymoron) so they can let the business know who I am. I say newspapers don't need to provide their sources, but the BBB with turn you in!No doubt this helps minimize the amount of reviews they have to be bothered with !! now this business will likely target me Also posted in the submission terms:not include any personally identifiable information.BBB does not accept anonymous Customer Reviews.Customer Reviews are not used in the calculation of the BBB Rating.
