    We had Lance and company clean our carpets today. They look brand new! Very professional and kind. I highly recommend them.

    We had 1-Quality clean our carpeting and ducts on Nov. 2. They decided to access and clean the dryer vent from outside the house. After they left, the vent was disconnected at both ends, no longer connected to the dryer and no longer connected to the outside. The cleaners did not come back into the house to check on their work. Disappointing and unprofessional!

    I had Jay and Gary over today to clean our ducts. Such nice men. They were very careful with our furnishings. They did a very thorough job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Jay and Gary.
