    On 9/8/2023 I placed an order with sconi boys for $67.20 and received a confirmation. That was the last time I heard from them. I have left voicemails, texts and emails but cannot get a response. This is a problem, not just for me apparently but many others. This website should be taken down and these uncommunicative clowns should be.

    ***** said he needed money for an investment so i gave him it with a promise that i would get it back but i looked him up on ***********, turns out him and his wife filed for bankruptcy.

    This is a revision from my former email I purchased these products online on August 10 I came to like **** with tax was like $56 and change. After I made the purchase I never heard anything back from you I never heard got an email saying its on the way. I never got a tracking number and never got anything the bank card I used with CNB of *******, last four numbers ****. I know you werent going around doing this on purpose. Please look into it because I paid that money and deserve what I paid for. Thank you.

    Order #**** on June 28. $47.45 for tincture and supplements for relaxation.Didn't hear anything from them for over 2 weeks. Started writing them emails to ask what was going on. They don't offer a phone number. That should have been my 1st clue they were not trustworthy. They only give 1 email on their site but I found 3 online and wrote ALL of them. No replies to any!Finally started calling and leaving texts after I found a phone number ************ on an online search. No response so I kept calling and leaving texts over a period of 2 weeks.Finally the owner? *** responded, gave me a long song and dance about being raided, a competitor attacking them etc which I might have believed if they hadn't taken over a month to get me my LAST order a couple months earlier for which they also gave me a song and dance about being hacked, that time. At least I finally got that order after I complained. But I believed the story so I ordered again.So this time I told them to just send me a REFUND.***, the owner (?) said he would.I waited a week, called back, texted back - nothing. Now another 3 weeks have gone by and they no longer answer emails nor texts nor phone calls. This would seem to show fraudulent intent.Each time I sent or gave my order # and my phone # and told them to contact me.They didn't.Finally they sent me a **** tracking # on Aug 11. I entered it at **** and it said "Waiting for the company to deliver package to us" . In other words they filled out a form but never actually mailed the package. Just another lie apparently.That's when I got really mad and decided to file this complaint. So here it is over 6 weeks since I placed my order and over 3 weeks since the owner gave me his song and dance and told me he'd refund my money.Obviously nothing has happened and I am out $47.45. Order #**** on June 28. They owe me not only my refund but send the product too for my hassle and time and energy trying to get it.

    Hi, thank you for trying to help me to get my refund from this crooked company. I seriously doubt they will respond because they have been hiding from me now for weeks.

    Please just do not put my mailing address or phone number on the publicly seen complaint.

    I Placed the order may 10th and they never shipped it. Tried to contact them through email and phone and never received any kind of response from sales department or customer service. They just took my money and run.
