      I sent my galaxy s20 FE 5G in for them to purchase which they received march 23rd. I have written more than one email and made contact through phone 3 times and have yet to receive payment. The person I spoke with was nice enough but that doesn't excuse the fact of him telling me I'd recieve payment the next day which was 5 days ago as of today which is April ninth. I would like my money to which I was assured would be a 24 hour period until I received.

      Hello, The customer called us indeed about an order he shipped to us. We prmoised him to investigate and complete the payment by the next day. We did complete the investigation and we attempted to call him the next day  to confirm the payment information and he never responded. We called multiple times over multiple days. 

      update: The customer called us with the payment information and we completed the payment for him.
