- We are happy to accept returns for a full refund within 7 days or for store credit within 21 days. Sorry, but no returns or exchanges after 21 days. Returns must show no sign of wear or alteration and have the store tags attached. SALE merchandise is FINAL. Gift returns accompanied with a gift receipt are gladly accepted for STORE CREDIT within 15 days of receiving them. Holiday gifts must be returned on or before January 7. EXCEPTIONS : All purchases of monogrammed, personalized, special-order, and final sale items are final. All swimwear sales are also final, due to health and hygiene concerns. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. No price adjustments.
