    We ordered concert tickets to see Pink at American Family Field on Monday, August 15th. We ordered seats in section 440, row 15, seats 1 and 2 which included a limited/obstructed view which was clearly stated on the tickets. We paid $215.42 for 2 tickets. Order # **-20205/CH5. Unfortunately, we were so disappointed with our experience at American Family Field. We could not understand one word that **** said when she spoke to the audience! There was so much echo in our section of the stadium that we had no idea what she was saying. It was all a jumbled and distorted mess. The same for the music. We could not understand 98% of the words to the songs that she was singing. I did see comments on ******** about people with similar experiences who sat in section 400. The Journal Sentinel gave Pink glowing reviews, so this was not a sound issue that was her or her band's fault. The tickets should have been labeled Limited Obstructed View AND Limited Auditory Experience. We did not get what we paid for. I emailed American Family Field guest relations 24 hours ago. I have not heard back from anyone.

    Thank you for sharing your concern regarding your experience at the Pink concert with the Milwaukee Brewers.  We take all concerns received through Guest Relations seriously, and assure you that we respond to all guest concerns within ***** hours.  We have reviewed your concerns and are disappointed that you at a bad experience at American Family Field.  For this concert, the **************************************** Family Field played no role in the audio for the show.  We rented the ballpark to the show and they handled all details related to the production of the concert (************, video, etc.).  Nevertheless, we want to ensure that you return to the ballpark in the future, and as such we would like to reimburse you for the value of the tickets purchased ($215.42).   

    Please reach out to ******************* at ************ and she will make arrangements for you to be reimbursed.
