    Excellent product for the money and great personal service. I had a great guard done while I was in Scotland by a dentist there. I had never been able to wear the US ones that the dentists gave me - they were always too stiff. I lost the Scotland one and asked my dentist about replacing it and he was going to give me one of those stiff ones and charge me a fortune. So I tried this product and messed up my imprint and after talking to them they sent me a new mold kit for no additional charge! After I got my guards, I decided to get backups just in case I lost another one. Throughout the entire process, communication with them has been prompt and excellent. When I called their service number no one picked up and I left a message - THEY PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL!! I have always received a friendly, well-spoken knowledgeable person to talk to.

    Great company with great customer service. I tried a lot of other mouth guards and this was the best product - I am really happy with it. I had also messed up an order - it was my fault but they worked with me and helped me out. Highly recommend this company!

    These guards and company are 5 stars! I have been wearing this company’s night guards for over a decade. The guards from my dentist broke after a few months and they were not comfortable even with repeat modifications. After my second dentist guard broke as I am a heavy grinder when I sleep, I started to research for other options. Luckily I found this amazing online company. I was skeptical but it was less than $100 to give them a try or return to the dentist for another $500 uncomfortable guards. It was the best decision I have made. The guards are durable (more than 5 years). I actually choose to replace them every 5 years because I grind them down but they have never torn. If it helps, I order the EXTRA DURABLE CUSTOM NIGHT GUARD - MAXIMUM DURABILITY AND COMFORT. They send you detailed instructions (and video) and two sets of mouth trays to create your mold (I use the small tray). You know which by trying it in your mouth before adding the putty. Their customer service is AMAZING, especially Lisa! I messed up my impressions (my fault) and they helped me get through it without stress or additional cost. I now order extra guard sets so I don’t worry if I misplace them as the extra sets are at a discount. They are slightly tight the first few days but then sooo comfortable that I don’t even like to take a 30-min nap without them. I am grateful for this company as my teeth would be a crazy mess without their guards.

    For the past five years, I've relied on this service, and it's been a game-changer for my budget. In my view, the quality surpasses what I previously paid exorbitantly for at the dentist. Moreover, their efficiency and exceptional friendliness stand out. They even accommodated my urgent shipping request due to overseas travel. Their response time is impressive, often within minutes, and their support has been consistently outstanding. They offer a diverse range of guard types, a feature lacking in others. I've recommended them to numerous friends, including a hygienist, who also speaks highly of their service.

    I am totally satisfied with the customer service I received working with staff by email to handle some issues with fit and comfort.Happily, I ended up a guard suitable for nighttime ( soft 3mm ) and another for daytime ( 2 mm with front cut out). I trust they will slow down the wear and tear issue of wearing down, loosening and eventually losing my teeth as a result of lifelong extreme TMJ.Definitely will recommend this product to anyone with a need for a nightguard.

    I've been purchasing tooth night guards from this company for many years. Every time it's a great experience! They keep my mold and I can just email any time I need more. Literally within minutes I get an invoice and they get started on my order. The actual product is far better than what I got from my dentist...no sharp edges ever. I also like that I can choose the hardness of the guards. Wearing tooth guards can be hard to get used to...I've been wearing them for almost 20 years now...but this makes it much easier. Also, the fact that they are affordable means I can order new ones more often. The ones through my dentist were about $600 each so I waited a long time to replace them. I used to hate the feeling of brand new ones because my teeth would have shifted so much from where they were when the mold was made (because of all that grinding!) Now everything stays right where it's supposed to be, lol.

    The mouthguard that I received did not fit and hurt my mouth. After trying for a week, my mouth felt like my teeth had shifted, and I stopped wearing it. I did not reach out to their customer support. Later on, I received an invitation to review the mouthguard via ShopperApproved. Because I had not contacted their support, I gave them a three-star review and wrote that the mouthguard did not fit. A few days later, an email appeared in my inbox with a request from Sparkling White Smiles to ShopperApproved requesting a link for me to edit my review. I thought nothing of it until I received another email thanking me for my five-star review and encouraging me to upload a video of my review. I sent an email to ShopperApproved and Sparkling White, and after going back and forth, ShopperApproved sent me a new link to update my review. I'll see if that new review sticks, but the moral of the story is do not trust the reviews for Sparkling White and know that they are not below changing your and others' reviews to keep that 4.8 out of 5-star rating they like to advertise.
