    IV Network Utility Contractors has been hired by AT&T in our neighborhood to install underground fiber optic cables & I wanted to make people aware that their work in digging up our lawns and running the cables with heavy machinery has been very disruptive and quite frankly, unsafe. When trying to refill the holes they dig, they are leaving more dirt outside of the hole than inside, thus making a mess and killing grass, and also are leaving ruts made by the machines that run the fiber. On top of that, on my property, they also left a plastic tubing sticking above ground (contains the fiber) that my young children ran into and tripped. Overall, their work is very poor and like I said, very disruptive to our neighborhood. Some of us take great pride in keeping our property looking nice, and IV Network doesn't really seem to care. For a project that us residents had no say in, it's been disappointing to see the lack of care or safety to our property and children.
