Bid Items
Higher value items have a bid option. Example $3500 is the buy it now price or you may submit a bid. All bids must be 50% of the Buy IT Now price or better. The highest bidder will be called on the last day of the sale @ 11am to come pick up their Item.

Due to the amount of items in every sale we price ONLY the items that require our bid feature and ONLY the other items that make sense to price. All the rest we leave it up to you to make reasonable offers.
Starting Thur morning, we will have a sign up sheet affixed to the front door and will honor the order of the handwritten list of names, however, we are not responsible for monitoring the list. We will call off the names allowing 30 - 40 people into the barn at a time. As people leave, we will call off more names. - Refund and Exchange Policy
