      To who concerned,

Thank you for waiting; we had multiple events last week, and it was hard for me to gather all the information you needed.
Here are our comments on the complaint and the information you requested. You will find attached links to the documents proving Ambrosia Events is following company policy. Below each statute are our explanations, email conversations, and documentation that prove we have not violated these provisions.
Question: I received a link to something about Consumer Protection in my spam folder. Do I have to submit all this information there as well? or is this enough? Or is this the same?

Also, I want to make sure you are aware she has gone to multiple websites and written terrible reviews without having won the case. I would suggest letting her know if the case doesn't result in what she wants, I will pursue a different lawsuit for more than damages if she does not remove every statement. However, this is something my attorney will handle.

      Thanks

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Upon working with the client in June of 2024 my Fianc and I were presented with a contract that was roughly $39,000.00. ****** and I didn't think that was a reasonable contract after signing. In the contract it stated that if payment wasn't received in weeks span of the contract that the contract was ****. We met on a zoom call and asked in June 2024 to opt out of the contract totally. ***** said we were committed to the contract and absolutely no one can just opt out under any circumstances. This was on a video recorded zoom call. We knew that the contract was way to high. I read him their contract and explained we understand and that's when he was willing to work with us because we had not paid any money down, and we were well over 200 days prior to the wedding. He kept saying that we cant buy out working with them, and if we don't fulfil then we would be affect by the credit burial. So he said he would create an addendum contract allowing us to remove items. The new contract was fine but they said we has 24 hours to pay over $6,000.00 or they wont honor the new changes. So we depend ended on family to assist. My fianc aunt wanted to pay for our wedding flowers so we made it clear that amount paid was to go to floral. The floral amount was only for roughly $4,000.00.  So the payment was made. From that point no one followed up, or checked in as a company. I had to reach out to get a follow up, and every time they make an excuse of being busy for not being in touch, so the client prospective was ruined. ****** and I found out that we were expecting so it was in our best interest to down size, but I miscarried and needed to have surgery, etc. As one can imagine this was devastating to our family, and put us in a financial bine. So we reached out to all vendors were working with and because of this life changing event everyone but Ambrosia deems us minimizing appropriate except ****** He has not been professional, nor created a good customer experience from the start, his focus is finances only and not developing good client relationships. We asked if we can receive the floral that was paid for and pay a reasonable amount to end the contract so that we would still be able to enjoy our wedding. He is not willing to provide items that are paid for unless we pay over $********* which is unrealistic due to our current issue.  Every zoom call was recorded and should be reviewed to see that he is not willing to work with us the clients at a reasonable aspect. Paying ********* to receive product that was paid for is not fair to the clients.

On the last zoom call ***** stated he would be willing to give us the floral if we found them a new client that has an event close to the dollar amount of the 1st contract, or secure another event within six months with Ambrosia, so again we'd be stuck doing business with them to receive what was paid for. In all they are trying to get us to pay for the contract regardless of the loss or hardship we faced, and not willing to come up with a reasonable resolution.

      Regards,

      ******* *******
