I am starting to doubt BBB for keeping this place at an A+ rating considering the numerous complaints and bad reviews on google. Please beware of this place as they inflate prices especially for young females. Here is my story copy and pasted from google. I urge BBB to actually look into this place more. Please keep in mind I am a local guide for google therefore am not just an angry customer.
I really wanted to like this place and I waited so long to write this review because I was unsure. I brought in my audi a5 here for a diagnostic exam. upon dropping off and checking in with the assistant manager alyssa, I was attempted to charge 3 separate diagnostic charges (129$ x 3). This was justified as different issues need different examination. I spoke up and the manager chimed in and said no only 2 charges because one of the issues were likely related. Finally, It was discovered that I needed a new battery per the assistant manager alyssa- I was quoted $700 dollars said okay and then called back to confirm what I heard. She said yes just the battery replacement will be $700. So I call international autos for a quote on a new battery and was quoted $400. It is so sad that she saw a young girl a decided to inflate the prices terribly. I really like the general manager but had not worked with him. They do have great prices for oil changes and were able to diagnose what was wrong but thats all I can say.

Viviana, Nice try but but you have not had your vehicle here since 2020. You were in for a check engine light problem, rough running and possible charging system problem. Here is what was noted:

upon inspection we checked the fault memory also smoke tested the engine and intake system which has no leaks, cranks case pressure is low, vehicle has multiple misfires, we also checked the battery and charging system which the battery health was bad but charging system was OK, at this time we suggest putting a new battery in the vehicle, replacing the spark plugs, ignition coils, pcv valve, the breather hose and also a oil change.

11-10-2020 9:09AM SPOKE WITH VIVIANA ABOUT WHAT WE FOUND AND SHE HAS DECLINED ALL REPAIRS, SHE IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES AND PICK HER VEHICLE UP.

You are not being truthful about the $700 just for the battery. That would have been the total charge for repairs once your diagnostic fee was credited. The battery alone lists for $270.00. You just were quoted on going in and having your battery replaced for $400.00 with no diagnosis charges or repairs for the other items at the dealer. BE TRUTHFUL.
I will be following up with Google to see what your status truly is. I find it hard to believe that someone working for Google goes around spreading misleading information especially almost 3 years later.
It kind of appears that since you work for or with Google you are attempting to discredit the BBB in my opinion.
