    I reached out to Accurate Basement Repair with some questions I was stumped with. I was upfront and said I had no work requests, and I plan to do my own renovations but was looking for advice/guidance on 1 specific issue I found with my basement. Chris talked with me at length and explained everything in great detail. He even offered for me to call back if I have any future questions. I highly doubted a company would help me answer questions without intending to hire but I was wrong. Chris truly is a wealth of knowledge and proves his dedication to this craft. I was shocked to find a business owner in 2024 who runs their business on a foundation (no pun intended) of honesty and good morals. Chris treated me like a person rather than a dollar sign. His personable demeanor and friendly helpful attitude proved to be one of my best interactions I’ve ever had with any company. Should I ever find myself with any basement needs / anyone ask for referrals, Accurate Basement Repair is the only company I would consider. If you’re on the fence or not sure who to call just save yourself the headache and call Accurate Basement.

    Brian at Accurate Basement Repair went above and beyond with customer service. Accurate did work for us this spring and Brian came out to the house this June to address a followup question. It was a 5 minute visit but we were pleased he took the time for our question to we could proceed with our basement finishing. He brought us piece of mind and we look forward to working with Accurate in the future for additional basement finishing projects! ******* *********

    Jon was very helpful, and honest and didn’t try to push us into signing for expensive fixes first. He offered ideas to try, to fix our leak issue, and then if still needed , they would come back to reassess. If I need repairs in the future I would definitely use this company.

    I contacted Accurate Basement Repair after consulting with several other contractors who specialize in basement waterproofing. Paul, who arrived promptly and professionally during our pre-arranged time frame, walked the interior perimeter of the basement after inspecting the exterior and offered rock-solid advice for the best course of action to prevent future water intrusion. Any question I had, whether general or technical, was answered easily by Paul, and he provided great illustrations to substantiate why he recommended the course of action he did. Whether inquiring about an exterior or interior drain tile installation, asking about grading or water diversion, or what waterproofing methods would be used, Paul provided the insight necessary to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend Accurate Basement Repair for their ability to provide a personalized consultation with me prior to making a big-ticket purchase.     Paul was fantastic. He came out to evaluate the basement in a home we’re in the process of purchasing. Accurate did work at this house 10 and 20 years ago and Paul reviewed the old files and gave us a current assessment. He also came to this house 7 months prior to it being listed for sale to assist the sellers in their plans. We’ll definitely be calling Paul and Accurate when or if we need help in the future. ** in *******, **

    Brian was amazing! We had some water in the basement and came right over even at 7:30 at night and walked through the basement and found the issue and helped us fix it in under an hour. He helped us understand how to better maintain and better care for our drain tile. We cannot thank him enough!! 5 stars is not enough!

    We get water in our basement during big storms. We called Accurate Basement Repair and Jon came out. After assessing the inside and outside, he talked me through various scenarios, steps, etc., but ultimately point to an external and non-basement repair that we should undertake first. Great professionalism and candid feedback on our situation; I didnt' feel upsold or blown off, just a good conversation. If the external fixes don't do the trick, I'll be calling them back; no need to keep looking for a basement contractor!

    They came to the house same day we call for quote to get our basement fixed. We end up not needing to fixed anything but they were pretty honest and professional with their service.
