Transaction date: April 30, 2025 Amount of transaction: $3,399.00 I purchased a custom-made wet bar from the merchant's ********** the time of the online purchase, I selected a payment plan option through ****** credit provider. The purchase amount was approved by ****** as a loan payable over 12 months beginning June 1, 2025. I have confirmed the loan is active on my account with ******. After the initial email sent to me by the merchant at the time of order, I have not received a confirmation email from the merchant like I was supposed to. I have made countless attempts to contact the merchant, using the telephone number and email provided on the initial email. Telephone calls go immediately to voicemail that indicates to send a text message. I have sent numerous text messages to the merchant as the voicemail has advised. I have never received a reply from the merchant after making attempts to contact them over the last 10 days. I have been unable to reach anyone at the merchant and I believe this is all a scam. I want the order cancelled (if there really is an order), but most importantly I want the Affirm loan cancelled with no financial impact or harm to me. I have filed a dispute with affirm as well as now with BBB, but the Affirm process is lengthy and can take up to 90 days.
