      This place is not even BBB accredited.. I wished Id check that before.. but I had no issue when I purchased from them in 2017, but I recently purchased 2 bed frames, king and a queen and a King pillow top mattress.. Spent $800 something cash out of pocket no finance or nothing.. I did a pick up because I didnt want to spend another $100 to have them deliver it.. I had to wait 4 days before picking up my items which was ok, just for me to get them home and the king set was fine.. we get to the queen and by my mistake I realize that I got a full size bed instead of a queen.. that was Saturday.. I called first thing Monday morning to see if I could exchange the frame that was not used, or even taken out the box.. the receptionist on the phone said she would escalate the question to upper management and they would give me a call back by Wednesday.. today is Thursday and I had to call them back myself just for them to tell me the exact same thing about escalating the question that I just called about 4 days ago to upper management, and that someone would call me before the end of the day.. so 2 hours later I get a call from them telling me that unfortunately since I picked it up that I cant exchange the frame.. thats is totally unacceptable .. and the crazy part about it is, they do not tell you these things until you have a problem.. I stood in the store debating if I wanted to have it delivered and at that moment is when she could have told me that we dont offer refunds or exchanges if you pick up.. and if she didnt know that why does the company have receptionist that dont know this information. That is vital because things happen, us as consumers make mistakes on sizing and things like that.. Atleast that gives us the comfort of having an option to leave with the item and the risk not getting a refund/exchange or otherwise. Now I have a queen sized frame, sitting in a box in my home brand new and I cant do anything with it.

      We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Our records indicate that the purchase in question was made on November 18th, 2021. We understand that you contacted us in January 2023 to report that you had not received your items; however, our system shows that the items were indeed delivered.
      Please be assured that we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service and fairness. We informed you previously that we would investigate this situation in order to better serve you. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this issue was reported more than two years after the supposed delivery date, and we are doing our utmost to accommodate your needs.

      The slates from under my bed broke less than 6 months of me having the bed. I put in a request for new slates (since Im under warranty) in January. It is now April and I still havent received them. Ive emailed the store, called, and went up there but all they say is they ordered the parts and they cant do anything at the store. This is ridiculous my bed is completely broken and weve been waiting 3-4 months for wood slates! I regret getting my bed from here and will never shop here again!

The bed frame you purchased on August 13th, 2022, and you contacted us to make the claim 7 months later, which we immediately reported to the manufacturer. We have been regularly following up on this issue every week, but please note that the parts order is not from our warehouse but from the vendor, which can cause delays in the process. If I remember correctly, you mentioned that you contacted the manufacturer and they also provided you with the same information. As we previously discussed, we will notify you as soon as we receive the slats, and you can then come to pick them up. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
