In May/June 2019, I went to Levics Salon for their permanent makeup service. The quality of their service was horrible. I was told that this permanent makeup on my face would fade within 3 years. However, even with several procedures, I am still left with this horrible tattoo on my face.My issue with Levics Salon isnt just this. I have made several attempts to contact them in hopes of figuring out what ink was used so I can better address this issue. I most recently reached out to her this week. I have read receipts showing my most recent message has been read, but I have not heard back from the owner once.Im not asking for a refund. Im merely asking a simple question (what ink was used) to determine how to remove this from my face.

Hi  I received a letter about a complaint with the client  ***********************  we didnt know about her complaint.  We dont have any voicemail or any emails from her. We received this message on instagram  Im not sure if she is talking about this message that she sent and or social media because in her letter it says read receipts. She was a client of ours. She came for her first consultation in May 25 of 2019 . Then she came for a micro shading appointment in June 3 2019  we never she came for a follow up touch up the following month July 6 2019 . The pigments that we use are in our websites . We dont tell our clients. The
Pigment would feed within three years because pigments they never go away. They were just fade, but they never go away. Thats why is permanent. If she wants to get remove the Pigment she has to do water saline treatments removal.  If shes not happy with the color we are able to do water saline treatments. We dont use ink, we use pigments. We had no idea she hated her eyebrows since she kept coming for touch *** a few times after her initial appointment. Maybe she doesnt like the color that stayed on once it faded but we are able to do color lift treatments.
