    Had a NO HEAT problem on 12/03/2023, called these guys NO RESPONSE. Power went out, but a little while later came back on (heating system must have reset itself) heat come on and worked fine. 08/13/2024 - Had water leaking out of the bottom of the furnace while the A/C was on. Called these guys NO RESPONSE, text these guys NO RESPONSE, e-mailed these guys NO RESPONSE. Called a different Heating/Cooling company and they came out and determined (with a Video Probe) the A/C A-coil Plastic Drip Pan had melted and water was leaking onto the internal furnace components and out the bottom of the furnace. Text and e-mailed with pictures these guys NO RESPONSE. There is a 10 yr Parts and 2 yr Labor Warranty on my Heating/Cooling system, Gimenez Heating & Cooling offered (installed on 06/13/2023) Tried to contact these guys to do the repairs that would have been covered under warranty but NO RESPONSE. The other Heating/Cooling company came out and did the required part replacement and repairs and my Heating/Cooling system is working as it should; however, I had to PAY for having it done. Will be contacting my Heating/Cooling system manufacturer. My recommendation is RUN AWAY FAST - Pick someone else, anybody else. I could not leave a review without a Star Rating - it should be zero stars.
