      On March 18, 2024 dropped off my taxes. I havent heard from no one regarding my taxes. Went to the location theyre closed the phone is off. SDC have my information and my bank account. They could at lease contact me saying they dont have the staff to complete your taxes to come get your W-2 theyre so unprofessional. Please help me get my paper work back. Thanks

      While travelling west bound on west North Avenue, I noticed a banner stating free tax preparation services. I eventually when inside and spoke with a representative. This representative obtained several personal documents, including, but not limited to, photocopy of driver's license, ********************** security card, 2022 ********************* 1099R, ******************* 1099-INT, and **- W-2 wage and tax statement. These documents contain personal information about my identity. As of April 13, 2023, SDC (Social Development Commission) has refused to return my phone calls or return my tax information. I understand that SDC has an increase volume of taxpayers seeking assistance and that the turnaround time is (15) fifteen business days. As April 17, 2023, rapidly approaching, SDC guarantees that I will be notified to come into the office for final quality review, sign any documents and transmission of my tax return to the *** and the ********* ********** of ******* on the 30th of March 2023. The confirmation code given to me was #********, with the point of contact ***** **************.

      I am currently facing foreclosure. I have applied for the Homeowners Assistance Program on November 09, 2022 by completing an application online. I followed up on November 10th by email and send them a form that I was unable to upload at the time of applying. I called them on November 10th, 11th, 17th, and today to confirm that they receive my application and the form that I emailed them. I have been leaving them a voicemail with no success. They have a message stating that they will return the call within 72 hours but I have not heard from them. I have emailed them as well several times. I believe that its misleading for them to state that they will return calls within 72 hours when they are actually not doing so. Im sure I am not the only one having this issue with them. I also tried another number that I found online but it has the same message. I wanted to have the opportunity to speak with someone. Thanks *******************
