    The contract for landscaping was signed on March 9, 2024. The job was quoted to be completed in 4-5 days. Job involved cleanup of existing landscaping beds in front, back, and sides and replaced with all new material (new brick border, landscape fabric, topsoil, rock/stone trees/bushes shaped and trimmed.) total paid in full $2,035 Additional side area added on to include same as above (clean up of existing landscaping, and replace with new materials). Quoted 1-2 day job. Paid in full $130 Additional back area of pathway/firepit added on to include designing and creating pathway and brick firepit (brick border, landscaping material, top soil, rocks and stepping stones). Quoted 2-3 day job. Paid in full $1000. *stated not to start on this and I wanted all Other areas completed first. Borrowed owner an additional $300 Refund stated of $25 for not using the dump Refund of $8.00 Menards credit she used if mine plus multiple ones she filed on my behalf. Only paid me back $150 Guaranteed purchase of my personal property (couches) in the amount of $450. To date the job remains incomplete. I extended her deadline multiple times. The last and final deadline was May 17, 2024. The job remains incomplete and the owner is no longer responding to requests for all purchased materials to be brought on site, completion or refund. I have everything documented in texts and contract.

    Extensive damage to garage door, snow plow backed into garage door. I needed to have garage door repairs done in order to get car out of garage. Door was dented and scraped. I had to pay for repairs. Business said she was insured and bonded. Nothing has been resolved or played for from the business.
