    Yesterday, I spoke with a Ed, when I brought this issue to him several months ago (not getting service, but still getting charged) he was initially apologetic and seemed as though he wanted to help resolve it. The non-service and poor service (not completing all services per my agreement) continued. The do not service my establishment, but they still charge me for services. Initially Ed was sympathetic and admitted that the there was a problem with the team "culture" and claimed it would be rectified. It wasn't. Rob continued to only to the bear minimum, not changing mop heads or mats. No air freshener. No paper towels. These are all part of my service agreement. I have taken several videos because Brenden did not believe me when I told him we were not getting the proper service. The tech Rob is so unprofessional, we was mad that I was complaining about his poor service, he would sometimes leave our paper towel dispensers open, throw away half used rolls of paper towels, and leave the cardboard paper towel roll in my sinks! How petty is that? So yesterday, I spoke with Ed again, basically pleading with him to get someone to service my accounts correctly. He said someone would be there yesterday and he assured me that everything would be done correctly. Last night, I took a video showing all the things that were not done. This morning I called Ed. He had a very different tune than before. He said one of the owners of Mickey's Linens saw the one star review I left a few days ago and they are cancelling my account because they cannot meet my demands. Excuse me? I have every right to leave a one-star review. These are not my demands. They are my services under the contract! With that, I urge anyone reading this review to NOT TO BUSINESS WITH MICKEY'S LINENS.
