    So I hired better leans to clean our house before we hosted 14 family members for the 4th of July holiday. preparing for a big event is one of the main reasons they want to be hired for services (says so on the website). The cleanser proceeded to spill liquids into our gas stove top and shorted out the entire stove, needing to be fully replaced.We understand accidents happen and dont blame the cleaner, it was when we reached out to management to get assistance in fixing the mess they created, where things fell off the rails further. Worked with ***** and *******, the managers at Bettercleans, the experience continued to get worse. They didnt seem to care about the impacts to us as a family (additional out of pocket expenses) and refused to give us any details on what they were doing to resolve our issue. My thought is they were doing nothing or didnt know what to do as I had to help guide the company through to resolve the situation. When I asked for updates or statuses on a resolution, they continued to advise they had no details to share. We also asked if they could help us out now that we have no stove but will be hosting 14 people. Bettercleans stance was no, we will only replace the stove any additional out of pocket expenses are their responsibility. They also tried to charge me full price for the cleaning experience, until I disputed this, they fully intended on charging us for the experience.I would not recommend this service to anyone needing cleaning done, do it yourself!!!
