The website said 3 day delivery. I tried to contact them on the 9th when I saw an update on tracking to say the product would be later than I needed. My granddaughter had her exam on Monday morning the 9th at 9am. With three day shipping ordered on the 2nd....I did not expect them to be so late. No response was given when trying to contact them the first two times. The third attempt was met with a roboresponse that said someone would be in touch. I still have not heard from the company. Not only did the product not arrive on Monday it took two more days and served no purpose for us. I merely wanted to to speak with someone at the beginning but now I believe I should be reimbursed at least the expensive shipping that was worthless and a waste of money.

    The order was placed and processed on 12/3/24.  The confusion appears  to stem form shipping expectations. Our websire doesnt offer expedited shipping options. We ship via *** ground with orders usually leaving our facility within 3 business days.  As soon as we became aware of the customer's concerns via email on 12/9/24, I responded immediataley via email and phone offering a refund at that time.  Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to my email or phone message.

    The product was delivered on 12/11/24.

    To reslove this matter, the customer's card was refunded today, 12/23/24.
