      I had an eye exam on 3/18/2025 afterwards paid $225 cash for a new pair of glasses and was told would be ready 2 weeks later. I waited 3 week and called to inquire about my glasses and was told they weren't done yet and that they forgot to charge me an additional $40 at that time I said I'm not paying any more money and requested a refund. I was told they don't have that kind of money on hand and they would need to call there HMO. 2 weeks after that I called again and was told no one responded to my refund request I even called the number provided by vision mart staff ********************. No one answered just an ip answering service. I filed a report with the *** as well before filing this complaint.

      I had an appointment early June and ordered my glasses the same day. Today its been approximately 2.5 months later and I have heard about 5 different reasons why they are still not ready. I have had enough. I have patient and tried to be understanding but this is enough.

      I brought my own frames into Vision Mart to get updated lenses put in. They charged me $10 to use my own frames. Two weeks later, I receive a voicemail explaining that their lab called them and said the frames had a small defect, so when they put the lens in, the frames broke. Then proceeded to tell me that I need to bring them another pair. Absolutely not!First of all, my frames were in great condition. Secondly, they charged me to use my own frames, then broke them. Thirdly, they need to hold responsibility for their mistake and replace my exact frames for free. I need my original frames returned to me. I want a refund on the lenses.

      We charge ten dollars because we need to make a pattern from the glasses for the lenses because we do not carry that frame. We do have everyone that brings in their own frame to sign a waiver because we do not know the condition of the person's own frame.  I have attached the waiver that you signed. We are sorry that your frame was broken, and you still are entitled to a replacement pair because you have insurance. The staff said you did pick up your glasses this week.

      Some time last year I purchased eye glasses from the Vision Mart located at **********************************************************************************. In a matter of a few months the frame on them broke. On December 29th of 2023 I went to that Vision Mart and asked for them to repair the glasses. They refused and said I would have to order new glasses but that my insurance would cover it. They then called me a week or two later and told me I would need to pay them $50 for the replacement frame. It is now 2/27/2024. I have not heard anything from them since then which leads me to believe they simply stole that money and pocketed it for themselves. This Vision Mart has a reputation for not giving people their glasses after payment, this is evident on the ****** reviews on them. If they suddenly do have the glasses for me I do NOT want them. I had my glasses replaced by another company that accepts my insurance, they replaced them within a week! This was after I waited a month for Vision Mart to so much as update me on what was going on. If possible I want all victims of this charade to be contacted and compensated from this Vision Mart location. Not just me.

      We received his broken glasses and promptly ordered another pair and sent them to the store. The optician at the store states that a note was on them that stated he was left a message to come and pick them up. Since he has already gone somewhere else for his glasses, we are going to send him a fifty-dollar refund in the mail.

      I had never received a call back from them whatsoever. The only call I had received was to pay them 50 towards the replacement frame. After that I reached out to them multiple times. One time they said they were still in the process of obtaining them. The other times the phone number I called would just *************.
