    I parked at this Secure A Spot covered multi level parking at ********* ** *******. No staff, only QR code to pay. The website took forever to load. Then, we’re finally able to pre pay for an hour of parking, $5. Then, a week after I received a Parking Notice bill of $82 for staying an extra 9 mins. I called them and said that there was a car in front of me so I wasn’t able to pull out right away and I was trying to access their website to check on my ticket time and again the website won’t load. I asked Liz the person that I was talking to if there were at least a grace period for circumstances outside of my control, she said only 5 mins. The only thing she can do is offer to reduce the fee to $62 from $82. For 9 mins of extra time of parking, charging $82 is a TOTAL SCAM in itself. And add a faulty website they’re providing. Regular parking fee for this parking garage for one hour is $5 and two hours is $8. Somebody needs to do something about this. It’s price gouging and scamming people.

    I parked here for a concert. I set up an account and entered my time, and apparently, it did t work right because I got a $75 ticket. How many people do you scam on a regular basis because your website is confusing or doesnt work? I will walk a mile next time before I ever park in one of your places again, and Ill make sure to tell everyone else I know too.

    My husband and I went to a concert follow directions according to the sign and the site paid $30 go in to a concert come back out to see if we have a parking violation. I have noticed that this happens 99% of the time and that this is a horrible business so on top of the $30 that was charged on my card now we pay a $55 fee. I think the Better Buiness Bureau needs to shut them down because there’s no reason for a business to scam people, and it said that we are not the only ones no matter what people say about this place in any kind of positive way do not listen to them, for they work for the company. legitimate people who follow the directions pay for it, get a parking violation more money should not run a business. They need to be shut down completely put down. They should have to refund everybody their so-called tickets that we receive. I have tried to find a number to call and the only way it seems I can get a hold of anybody through email so anyways I will tell you do this at your own risk. Please listen to me and I hope the Better Business Bureau gets them shut down because this is not the right thing for a company to do just to receive more money
