  This company was hired by my landlord to do repair whatever damage he had from sewage backed up in the basement - long story short is they used some toxic chemicals to clean the pipes before fitting them. I live on the second floor of the house and it was day two of the windiest coldest days of October. I tolerated two demolitions of the entire basement walls 12inches up and the floor for them to fix the darn pipes inside and out - they spent two days fitting pipes and the smell of the toxic chemicals made me sick. I had dizziness, vomiting, vertigo issues, nausea, a severe headache, and confusion - I messaged my landlord and told him he they need to ventilate whatever they're doing down there or I need to stay at a hotel. I left for work the second day around 4:00 p.m. and I told those people I am not able to stay here if they don't ventilate downstairs - it's making me sick. One of the gentleman told me "enjoy getting stoned" and I told him I need my brain cells- you need to ventilate it down there. They did open the windows and my landlord didn't even bother acknowledging that the statement his contractors made was not appropriate. I looked back through the video footage and I have them smoking cigarettes right out in front of the door, empty cigarettes package in the holes dig for the pipes in the basement, they are throwing their cigarette butts between the concrete slabs.of the front door,and I caught them making fun of me saying that "the smell is so bad, oh my God" - not once did I say or make any dramatic speech but I have the footage. Also this person who told me to "enjoy getting stoned" from the chemicals decided to tell me about how he dug ** some corpse in a graveyard and the person had died in the seventies.. now he has this "old guy haunting him" and laughing about it. I of course politely excuse myself because I was already running late from work talking to him about nonsense. I'd be r recommend or hire someone this unprofessional or sloppy.

  I have just reached out to the owner of this property and he said he was very happy with our service. We are not sure why a tenant would be contacting the BBB regarding the work done. When using some products to do the work we do they may have an odor. I dont believe my employees meant anything wrong when talking with the tenant. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

  I have your crew on camera smoking inside the sun room, bashing my rainbow rug using profanity, and after I spoke to your employee who told me to enjoy the high loudly mocking me. The work is not the issue; it's your companies professionalism and accountability.

  Called to have slow leaking toilet fixed- problem remained so I called back to report the persistent leak at toilet base. Was told to try and see if waiting would let it dry out-if no resolution they would be back the following week- waited 6 days- called and left a message to have them return- was not better, in fact, worse. Another area around toilet base leaking . Had to call again - was told the message they answering service didnt get passed on. Called multiple times to confirm someone was coming as per discussion the week prior- will try and squeeze it in.They sent the same guy out who shimmed an already rock solid toilet as a resolution the week before. He came and flushed the toilet several times and told me it was bone dry and not leaking- despite water on the grout around the toilet in 5 areas. We actually had a yelling match to make him pull the toilet up. His answer to the water under was that it was from pulling the toilet- no leak. My choices for a cause for the moisture??- someone is missing the toilet, water from washing the floor, or someone flooded the toilet none of which had occurred. I told him it was clearly leaking and he obviously didnt know how to fix it. Would not recommend them for anything sadly, I had researched them and they were rated well with the BBB. That must stand for Buyer Beware. Never again.
