      They claimed I misrepresented myself! The first time I filled out application for them-they came back and said I had no income. This time they claimed I wasnt forth coming about prior bankruptcy and eviction. First off, Im not the first and certainly wont be the last to file either of these. Second, I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone! I have good rental history where Im currently living and a good relationship with leasing manager. They wouldnt even take that into consideration. Also, I have a great job and make over 4x the rent amount needed. I have reported them elsewhere for lying and defamation

      Horrible business owners brought a house from a company to never notify the tenants of the switch. Then proceeds to send someone else out from another rental agency claiming to own the property after the previous government's low-income the program was canceled and tenants were unaware the business did not explain who they were and how the property would be run from the day that it was sold last year February 2022. The cream city isn't a business worth dealing with they are horrible with communication unprofessional does not follow up. Don't have regard for people's time or money. property buys from the state fixes up the upper unit but leaves the bottom in pieces unliveable no repairs disregard the entire duplex including the basement the outside of the house the gutters the hallway the windows. the repairs have not been done to the lower unit since the move-in date of 2017. the quality of the house value is lower than described there are many things wrong with the units. they deal with low-income citizens and disregard you if you are no longer in the program. cream City allegedly sold the property after not completing repairs from the list and deciding to sell without giving proper notice and deceiving tenants to believe they no longer owned the home which in return they did.
