I Stayed at ********************************************************* from June 2019 to May 2024in the same house. After residing in the same apartment for five years, the substantial fee of approximately $1000 for house vacating painting and stove replacement left me feeling both surprised and frustrated. for painting they charged $430 Stove top replacement: - $280 after cleaning properly also they charged for cleaning: -$180 Although wear and tear are to be expected, the magnitude of the fee was disproportionate to the length of my tenancy and the care I took in maintaining the property. The charge for painting was particularly unjustified, as I had been diligent in preventing any significant damage to the walls. While replacing the stove could be seen as reasonable, the cost seemed inflated, considering it had functioned well during my time there. More explicit guidelines and transparent communication from the property management might have mitigated the dissatisfaction with these charges.

We came to ********************* to view a 2 bedroom. We applied and were approved, We were told if we did not sign a lease right away our rate would increase, We wanted to wait because we are young ages 19,21 and our employment was going through the beginning of loss and layoffs with the hard economy. After so many phone calls and emails it almost was harrasing, We were told just sign the lease if something happens to your job it will not be a problem to cancel. We listened to a con artist and signed. Then the job loss occurred for my ***************************************************** sales. We called as soon as it happened and the desperate deceptive manipulation began. We were told to just come pick up the keys it's better to have a eviction then to be sued for 12 months rent, We gave notice before move in we never moved in ,we exchanged no funds ,we did not pick up keys nor put any utilities in our name. Now three months later I'm being sent a monthly bill for rent each month ,pet rent each month and utilities we are up to 6000. We have hired an attorney and have recorded all conversation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THE OWNERS , THEY ARE GIVING ILLEGAL INFORMATION, THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE .

A complaint was filed with WI DATCP (File # ******) and a mediation was conducted with a resulting $179.00 due to me as a return of the previously forfeited $500.00 security deposit. At the time of DATCPs communication, October 26, ******************************************************************************************************************************* less than ********************************************************************** less than four months, so the $179.00 was never received by me.On August 12, 2023 I received a letter from **************************** on behalf of ******************** (aka Fiduciary) that I owed a $574.00 balance. This is a total bogus claim and should have never been referred to the ****************** It is also representative of a punitive action against me on Fiduciary's part in negatively impacting my credit rating. No individual should have this type of aggravation after a nightmare rental situation that was appropriately mediated by DATCP - especially a year later!I want the collection agency claim removed and my credit restored.Thank you in advance for any actions you can take, including lodging this complaint in your database, on my behalf.Sincerely,*********************************
