I ate at the restaurant on 11/23 and was overcharged. I ordered a pretzel and cheese curds and the bill was $31.68. I left a $6 tip. However, I think the tip was entered as $60 because my card was charged $91.68. I reached out to the restaurant but I have not received a response. I am hoping to correct this overcharge and receive a copy of my receipt for my records.

As of 12/19 we believe the customer has been refunded the difference. Closing manager must of accidentally typed in the wrong amount of the tip.

      Hello,

I visited Milwaukee Brat House (Milwaukee) on 11/23/2023 and I was charged a much higher amount than I should have been. I visited around 7:15-8pm on 11/23/23 and ordered a pretzel and cheese curds. I believe the bill came out to $31.68 and I left a $6 tip. However, the charge on my card is $91.68. I called the restaurant, emailed a few separate times, and have not received a response. I am hoping to get this issue resolved, and also receive a copy of the receipt that I left with the restaurant, for my records.

      Thank you,
