    I would give this place 0 stars if possible. We had some water damage on our kitchen ceiling due to a toilet overflow in our master bathroom. I filed a claim with my insurance company. They sent BMS cat. The communication was horrible . They showed up the first day unannounced to rip out walls. Then I would not hear from them again. Leaving massive fans around our home that were tripping our electricity during the summer. Then they sent the wrong documents. The crew would work for an hour or so, and then leave. They would go a week at a time with no communication or working. Leaving us with no bathroom and a giant hole in our kitchen. I would reach out to my contact at the company, and she wouldn't respond for days. They stopped work at one point because the wrong contract was sent to me. And then no communication from them. It was their error, sending the wrong and incomplete documents. My final straw was when one of their workers approached my home with *** ***** ******** *** *** ******** ******* on my ring camera. This project should have taken 2 weeks to complete, and it was close to 2.5 months. And it is still not finished. I asked them to not return because of the worker that ******* himself. They finished the bathroom but did not replace the light in the kitchen or pain the ceiling. I have small children in the house and this is unacceptable. At that time I agreed to just pay my deductible of $1000 and move on, I was told they were in agreement. I received no invoice. Then I received a call from the claims person at BMS cat, and was told I would actually need to pay $1700.00 and there wasn't anything I could do about it. The communication was horrible, their customer service was horrible, bad enough my insurance company took them off their call list for customers. Make sure you have your insurance agent call around for quotes, and do your own research before just trusting anyone.

    BMS was assigned to us by our insurance company after a sewage back up in our basement. The clean up team did a pretty good job clearing everything out of the basement and cleaning up. However, when we received our invoice there were charges on it for things that were not done- ie: it says they removed 3 doors at $75 a piece, no doors at all were removed and disposed of. When this was brought to the company attention, we received a text message with a new invoice stating that they got approval to credit us $100 for the doors that were never removed. The updated invoice also showed that they took 5 doors at $25 a piece now. The math aint mathin'. They also brought tons of large dehumidifiers and ran them off our electric, which ran our bill from its normal just under $200 up to $500! When we asked if we could be compensated for the huge increase in our electric that month, we were told they don't do that. If we have anymore water issues with our basement, I will ask the insurance if we can shop around because this company price gouges and rips people off. Make sure you check your invoices! They also left equipment and cleaning products in our basement and never came back for them.
