      On Tuesday, November 12, the principal, ****** ****, requested my Inspection and estimate services as contract work, and we agreed to a price of $450. We then met on November 15 and completed the inspection together. Afterward, I spent many hours putting together an estimate for him, even providing multiple revisions and additions. I had known ****** at least 10 years and had considered him to be a friend, so I gave him the product without payment, simply trusting him. He insisted he would pay me the money immediately, but did not. We went back-and-forth several times ad he kept promising me a payment, but never paid me anything. Eventually, he simply stopped responding to my messages altogether. To this day, he has not paid me the money that he owes me, and it has been three months. He also has not responded to any of my last four messages.

      September 2022 King ********************** wrote a contract to do my roof. Owner, *********************, promised to tear roof off and complete with Ice and Water Shield barrier underneath. The written contract was to include Ice Water shield. Also, the *** system they used included a booklet, which includes Ice Water Shield and how roofing system was to be applied. See booklet in pictures.They tore off the roof and completed work in 1 day: start 7:45am and was done at 5:00 pm. 1. Did not place Ice water shield underneath nor 2. Did not add starter shingles in all areas plus 3. They didn't apply white felt in all areas of roof.4. Left much debris on window ***** 5. and trampled about 8 plants left 2 bald spots in grass where generator was 6. Left gatorade bottle in gutter and debris 7. Refuse to correct problem after emails 8. Left areas without Caulk which caused water damage inside house within 5 days of work. Contract was for $10,200. I paid $5,100 up front now I need that back to redo roof .I repeatedly asked them to correct roof or return my money. After 1st email they didnt apologize but insisted i send remaining balance or they would put a lien on my house and take legal action. After 2nd email requesting the same, they are not responding to emails. They are making no attempts to work with me to secure my home from damage. And thats terrible. I need my money back:1. $5100 paid forward To have roof redone. 2. Plus $200 I had to pay to inspect their work and get pictures. 3. Damage inside house need repair, drywall, mold removal and paint... (As you you see ****** in one of pictures inspecting damage I informed him about.) ****** promised to pay for damage in house estimate will be provided and *****. $20 per trampled plant x 8 (Regarding plants, they could have simply leaned 4x8 boards against house to protect plants. They took no regard.)

      We apologize for the long wait in response.  When the spring break, we will place your roof on the schedule.  We will tear off the shingles about five levels up from the *****/edge and place ice and water around the perimeter of your home.  Ice and water is already placed on your valleys.  You can look for a call from the Representative who was assigned to your home.  Thank you for your patience.
