  Theyre professional, responsive, and genuinely care about doing quality work. They helped us choose the right material and color for our home, and the result completely refreshed the look of the house. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was done right.

  Modern Exterior did a fantastic job with our gutter installation! The team was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They made sure everything was installed properly and cleaned up the work area afterward. Our new gutters look great and work perfectly, even during heavy rain. I highly recommend Modern Exterior for any gutter-related workreliable and high quality!

  A lot of roofers won't bother coming out unless you have a claim filed and damage has been found already or the roofer can meet the adjuster out there and walk through it together.Storm chasers will setup temporary local phone #'s, they will use random addresses (I got a flier for a company out of ***** with a **** ***** address) Years ago, there was a company from out of state that paid a local roofing company a sum of money, like 10k, to use their branding, truck magnets, letterhead for estimates, etc. But they left after they did all the work and when the roofs were **** and you called the company you thought did the work - they said it wasn't them and if you had "read the contract", you'd know the local roofer wasn't liable for the craftsmanship.Hire local and Stay with a local guy. Modern has been here for years and they come back when problems happen.

  I totally get why they are rated so highly. Their communication is honestly way above what I have experienced with other construction companies. They actually keep you in the loop. They called before the job started, checked in while the crew was working, and followed up after everything was done just to make sure I was happy. That kind of attention goes a long wayy. I am also really happy with how the siding turned out. The color and layout were exactly what I was hoping for, and it looks even better in person. I had two other companies come out for quotes, and the pricing was all pretty similar, but the way Modern Exterior handled things made it an easy choice for me. I am a big fan and already recommended them to a neighbor.

  Modern Exteriors took our money and left us with a larger problem than we had before they were involved. We called them out in January for a roof leak. After inspection, the contractor determined that the leak was caused by a boot fitting and charged us for the replacement work. Two weeks later, we still had the leak. The contractor stated very clearly that he thought it was still the boot. They came out and replaced it again. We now still have a leak, and Modern Exteriors is now claiming that it was the roof plumbing all along and that we need to call a plumber. Do not use this company for your roofing issues. They will take your money and leave you with a larger issue afterward.

  HI ******, Our team was called out in January to work on a leak your house already had, based on the inspection at that time, it was determined that the most likely source was the boot flashing around a plumbing vent (Since it was defective & directly above the concerning area). That component was replaced during the initial visit. When you informed us that the leak persisted, we promptly returned at no charge and replaced the boot again as a precautionary step. After a third occurrence of the leak, with videos during no rain one can see signs pointing to a plumbing issue inside your homesomething that, unfortunately, falls outside the scope of roofing. I am sorry you additionally need a plumber to fix this problem but we are not a licensed plumber. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope to find a way to help bring this to a better conclusion for you.Sincerely,The Modern Exterior Team

  They did an outstanding job on my roof. The guys got the roof done completely in 1 day, it was fantastic! I will definitely use them again in the future for any more exterior needs!
