      On August 14th, 2024, we purchased a Northern Lite 8-11 LE truck camper from Prosser's. We travelled from ***** to get it and were verbally assured by ****** that they would do everything they could to address any warranty issues that may arise. On September 19, 2024, we noticed the lights on the Furrion oven and k**** didn't work. We had never checked them and this was the first time trying to turn them on. I looked up and found a recall for the same model instructing RV manufacturers/dealers to cut and cap the wires to the lights; however, this recall did not appear to impact our specific unit (different colored lights). I reached out to Prosser's, specifically ******, who asked me to send photos, which I did on September 21, 2024. I never got a response to that or any follow up emails.After taking delivery of our camper on August 14th, we had noticed one of the window struts had a very slight bend. We checked its operation to make sure it would still open and close, which it did, so we didn't see it as being an issue at the time. Fast forward to September 23rd and we noticed a small crack forming where the strut attaches to the window. It appears the increased friction may cause too much stress on that point. I reached out to Prosser's on September 24th via email with attached photos showing the issue and never got a response to that or any follow up ********* the beginning of October, it came to our attention that we were missing two pieces of removable carpeting that should have come with our camper (under dinette and at step). I emailed Prosser's again, this time to ****** and CC'ing **** (the owner), on October 6th, 2024 to ask if they could locate and ship the missing carpet pieces and to follow up on the aforementioned issues. I never received a reply from either of them.On December 13th, 2024, I attempted one last email to both ****** and ****. I received no reply from either of them.

      I am very sorry you are having the issues described below with your new Northern Lite. Looks like we really dropped the ball in even communicating let alone taking care of you after the sale. For this, I very much apologize. ****** has not worked for us since October. While I was copied on your emails, for whatever reason I thought that your issues were being addressed by others on our team. Obviously, this was not and is not the case. Im curious, had you phoned us with any of these issues? Just trying to determine for myself why your issues were not immediately addressed. In any event, please call me this week *************) so that we can put a plan into action to address your concerns. Again, I apologize for not having taken care of the issues and for not communicating in a timely manner. - **** Prosser
