      Complaint Against Magicard for Misleading Ads Dear ***/*****,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Magicard regarding their Magicard 300 printer model, which I believe was falsely advertised as a dual-sided printing device.On July *********, I purchased a Magicard 300 printer, influenced by numerous online listings, including but not limited to Amazon. These listings explicitly stated or strongly implied that the Magicard 300 model was capable of double-sided printing. Based on this information, I believed that all printers under this specific model would possess this feature, as is typically the case with product lines.However, after receiving and setting up the printer, I was dismayed to discover that my Magicard 300 does not support double-sided printing. This discovery was contrary to my expectations set by the product descriptions I encountered online. The absence of clear, explicit information stating that not all Magicard 300 models support double-sided printing is misleading to consumers and can be perceived as deceptive advertising.This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment, as the primary reason for choosing this specific model was its purported double-sided printing capability. I feel misled by the advertising and product descriptions provided by Magicard.I respectfully request the Better Business Bureau to:Investigate the advertising practices of Magicard concerning the Magicard 300 printer model.Ensure that all product descriptions and advertisements for the Magicard 300 clearly indicate whether a specific unit is capable of double-sided printing or not.Facilitate a resolution between myself and Magicard, which may include but is not limited to a replacement with a model that performs as advertised, or a full refund.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that acknowledges the misleading information provided and compensates for the inconvenience caused.

      Last January, I purchased a Brady BMP-21+ label printer. The printer intermittently produced bad output immediately, and the problem got worse to the point the printer became unusable. I submitted requests to the company for technical support, for product return, and for warranty service. The company has taken no action on those requests, and it did not even acknowledge two requests for warranty service via its website.
