    I would give them NO STARS! Very unreliable service! I just want to warn others not to use The Key for home care. The owner or manager, Danielle, told me that their caregivers travel from Racine to Hubertus, and coming to care for my father-in-law in West Bend, WI would not be a problem. Home care started late on 7/29. We had a CNA at my in-laws' home on 7/29-7/31. On Mon., 8/1/22, no caregiver showed up to help care for my father-in-law. I was told that the caregiver didn't want to drive to West Bend. The Key did not send another caregiver, and did not even call to apologize! My poor father-in-law has had no caregivers all week long. The Key abandoned us. Beware! Do NOT get home care from The Key. They're very unreliable and unprofessional!!
