    This customer also disputed the $9.99 subscription renewal with PayPal. We received the dispute notice from PayPal on Friday, February 16th. We refunded and canceled the subscription on Monday, February 19th.

    This company has violated its own terms and conditions agreement. they have continuously charged me monthly for a subscription that I canceled months ago. I have screenshots and timestamps of all charges, I have tried every other possible route to resolve this issue including but not limited to calling my bank, filing multiple claims, emailing Sheet Music Direct, CALLING Sheet Music Direct (see related note), and yet I have next to nothing to show for my efforts. The subscription fee is still being charged to my card on a monthly basis. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no other option than to pursue legal recourse.RELATED NOTE: The (414) phone number provided by Sheet Music Direct on their BBB page is either false or outdated. I called that number in an attempt to resolve the issue, and I was met with a woman telling me that Sheet Music Direct does not have a phone number, only an email to resolve disputes. Please correct this information, or have the company correct it, because whether intentional or not, it is misleading and dishonest. Thank you.

    I located their PASS subscription based on the zip code and date of charge. The subscription is under a different name and different email address: ****** Totty - ******************************

    We received no emails from *************************** / **************************, but we received a Contact Us form from ******************************* on December 3rd. We asked for more info to locate the account but didn't hear back. It's possible our reply landed in their junk/spam folder.
