    Outside of the service department, there is NO customer service. The owner (David) and Andre talked down to me so Rudely and unprofessionally. They refused to take my calls and speak with me on the phone to understand what was going on. I said I didn’t like the tone they were talking to me in via email and I requested a phone call. I then got the email below. I don’t care if the customer is wrong or right, you don’t talk to people so unprofessionally. First thing they teach you in customer service, is to never tell the customer they are wrong. I have a round top window with casing that wasn’t correct size. The casing came directly from the manufacturer and either Lisbon didn’t account for this when ordering the size casing. No casing has been installed. I never blamed the window installer. Lisbon does not have their own installers and instead recommends them. The windows were ordered 6 months ago and installed 2 months ago. casing wasn’t ordered, despite it being included in my contractor quote. The casing wasn’t ordered to account for the reveal. Homeowner, did not do any measurements themselves. I just called Provia and they confirmed that Lisbon should have accounted for reveal when they ordered.

    I visited this store on a busy weekend needing replacement window locks for some older windows. The woman who assisted me went out of her way to search through their inventory, even looking in the back to try and find matching locks. Although she couldnt find an exact match, she suggested an alternative solutionpurchasing different locks and redrilling holes in the windows. While I ultimately didnt go with this option due to back issues, I really appreciated her effort and problem-solving approach. When the time comes to replace my windows entirely, this will definitely be my go-to place!
