      On August 28, 2022 I contacted A-1 Mobile Tire Service via telephone at ************ to repair 2 tires. ************************* owner of A-1 Mobile Tire Service came out and did the repairs to my tires to my 2017 ***** Civic. While jacking up my vehicle **************** placed the jack in the wrong position and damaged the door to my vehicle. At that time **************** took ownership of the damage and indicated at that time that she would pay for the repairs. That night **************** offered to take $100 off the $250.00 price for the repairs, but I refused because I wanted to get an estimate on the repairs. At that time **************** provided me with her insurance information as Dairy Land and provided a policy number *********** and phone number ************, whom I called Monday August 29, 2022 and was informed that her policy lapsed May 2022 due to non payment. I contacted **************** and advised her that she gave me insufficient information and gave her an opportunity to rectify her wrongdoing. She informed me at that time that she intended to send me an email letter of resolution that her secretary would send. Today Sept. 7, 2022 I have received no such letter. On Friday September 2, 2022 I sent a text message to **************** with an attached PDF resolving the is*** and asked her to sign and return with payment as she promised in previous text messages. **************** has given me the run around since this incident occurs and it appears she has no intention of paying for the damages caused. She has the estimate from Econno Auto Painting and Body Works for $719.96 which she agreed to pay, but has not paid anything towards this damage she caused. I have copies of all receipts and correspondence between she and I. At this point I'm only interested in her paying for the damages she caused, but if she does not I have no choice but to *** her in court.
