    Never use this title company ever. The most inefficient unprofessional title company ever. The buyer and I had closing completely handled but ***** tried to change our closing entirely. She wanted to perform a double close to make more money for her title company and when we refused to allow a double closing our closing went completely away and everyone is out of the deal. The closer completely lied to us *****. This lady was acting like a closer and agent & ruined our transaction. We closed over 200 real estate transactions within 5 years and I never experienced anything like this before. The title company facilitated title search without our property being under contract. We received HUD statement without the property being under contract so at this point all the title company was doing was soliciting information. We havent received signed contracts nor deposit to make the contract legally binding and completely lied for over a week, wasting our time sorry but we are running a business as well. The title company did not send over signed contracts. The title company perform title work and title search without the property being under contract. The title company wasted over a week of our time just to send a long email why our deal wasnt moving forward. Even when I clearly stated if you need anything to help this transaction move along please let me know the title company kept us completely in the blind. We provided complete transparency and simply refuse to process our transaction but will sell a dream to you.
