      If I could leave zero stars - I would. They towed my son's car, and bent the exhaust system to a point that upon leaving it melted all the electrical systems and part of the bumper. After over 6 months of trying to resolve and their admission of guilt, they have not resolved. They 'tried' to put a used bumper on the car and said they had re-attached and fixed all the electrical. THEY DID NOT. When I took the vehicle back to the dealer, they laughed because they showed me how they simply duct-taped the wiring back to the inside of the bumper in hopes we wouldn't notice. Probably going to seek legal action.They play the phone game saying one person is in charge, then the next... Its a scam.

      This company is community and racially profiling impoverished neighborhoods within the city of Milwaukee as a private property towing company! They towed my daughter’s luxury vehicle from the 53212 area code while she was parked in the visitor parking area located at the subsidized apartment complex near downtown Milwaukee when visiting her sibling from 9:22 PM until 9:55 PM . When she went to her vehicle to leave APY’S Towing had her vehicle and told her they patrol private areas and saw that she didn’t have a parking sticker on her window. She was handed a business card and was told that she would need to pick her car up from there!

      this is a terrible COMPANY! they lie, cheat, scam, and who knows what else. they towed my car improperly, pretty sure they hire drivers who dont even know what theyre doing. when i picked up my car my muffler was hanging & they damaged my pipe. claimed theyd have it fixed, all they did was wrap some wire around my pipe to hold it up. Now they claim my car was originally like that. i will be pursuing further.l
