      I came into this clinic, and have for 6 years. 6 years. I brought in my very very sick dog. He wouldnt eat, wouldnt ****, was not in a good place. They ran blood work and x rays. They ran a specific test for his pancreas, said it was negative. So I needed to go elsewhere for an ultrasound. Their bill to be was $980. I go to this other vet, to be told before tests its most likely pancreatitis. So they run the tests, instantly comes back as that. I called this vet instantly left a message saying I need a call back, three days passed, zero calls. I called back today to find out they misread my tests. I guess thats why they never called me back. I went to another vet to spend about $1200 because of their **** error. No callback. Another two nights of torture for my poor dog who couldnt eat or do anything. Absolutely awful.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The main part missing here, was that i was told on the phone 10/20 that i was told the incorrect information about the CPL test, that it was actually positive for pancreatis, which then caused me to pay for this test elsewhere along with a slew of other tests because i did not believe what was ran at your facility was then accurate. I have been coming here for 6 years with my dogs, spent a lot of money there. I find it absolutely not okay that i was told two different stories, and do not believe his test was negative when i brought him in, especially after the woman over the phone told me and i quote "we told you the wrong information, his CPL test was positive for pancreatis". That is why i left this complaint on 10/20, because the same woman also told me the vet i saw would be out of town for a week and no one would be able to follow up until she returned. I then called again to say i need someone to clarify this more because this did not still well with me, clearly.
