  I normally do not write reviews or complain, but felt it was my duty as a first time customer to warn consumers of this business.First off, the ***** IS EXTREMELY RUDE and yells at you and excuses the consumer of lying.After replacing my front windshield I noticed that the rubber seal was damaged from the service person prying it causing two opening causing it not to seal.On the opposite side there are two nicks of paint missing all the way down to the clear metal of the pillar.Third most important issue is that I paid extra for the rain sensor option my car has as they said it would cost extra. After the install, my intermittent wiper feature does not function properly.I called several times to resolve the issues and spoke to the owner/manager about it and he said to stop calling to bother him and hung up on me.DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON!

  They installed damaged glass in my vehicle, my rearview mirror fell off the windshield the same day they installed it. Send the owner pictures as soon as I seen it(the next day) and he called me a liar and told me I must have punched it or played music to loud for that to happen, neither of which i did. I had spent $325 for the windshield and he told me he could replace it for an extra $100. I went to a shop by my house and got it replaced and fully fixed for 200 flat. Never send your vehicles there

  The OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE. Argues with me about the calibration fee of a replacement front windshield telling me I have a feature on my vehicle that I know what I have and I do not have. So I left and the OWNER followed me outside to tell me AGAIN what I have and didn’t want to hear what I told him inside the store that I don’t need my windshield calibrated and waved his hand in the air and walked away. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY TYPE OF WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT IF YOU HEAR THEM SAY CALIBRATION FEES. THEY ARE CHARGING YOU EXTRA MONEY JUST TO TAKE GLASS OFF AND PUT NEW GLASS ON. THE ONWER OF THIS BUSINESS IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL CALLED ME ALL TYPES OF NAMES AND SAID F ME IN FRONT OF ALL HIS EMPLOYEES AFTER I CAUGHT HIM IN HIS LIE. I know cars and he runs a business not knowing NOTHING about cars.

  I made an appointment for 9 am to get my windshield replaced and they told me it’d take 2.5 hours so I took an Uber to hang out at a Starbucks and wait for it. I ubered back at noon, which is 3 hours later because I still hadn’t heard anything, I get there and they didn’t even started working on it, they told me their guys forgot to take my key and start working on it! Then they told me they could get it done in 45 minutes. I ended up having to re schedule an important doctors appointment as I wouldn’t have gotten there in time. I do not recommend this business under any circumstances, I will never go back and I will be advising friends and family to not do business here.

  I had my windshield replaced. First I got a bill for $80 and another bill for $37. I stopped payment on my credit card because it supposed to be paid by my insurance. Well they sent me a bill for 37 and said I had some kind of glass protection put in my windshield they will not send me a copy of my signature where I signed for that.   Owner/manager is very disrespectful and calls customers names!! Waist of time, and broke my key! Was going to spend over $600 on tints!! Called a week ahead to set a time to get my car tinted, informed them it has to be handcut. (There are only 3000 of my car in the usa.) Comes to the day of appointment (today). Dropped off my car, mentioned again when picking the tint it has to be handcut. Then 4 hours later we get a call to pickup the car because the person who does hand cut is off today!! 4 hours after we drop it off!!! When we go into the office, and ask for our key back. We see it's broken!!! (The circle part of the Key itself that connects to keyrings or anything) And instead of the owner apologizing and de-escalating the situation, he insisted to cut us off. Starts to yell at us because we dropped the f-bomb because 1. We Waisted time 2. We told them it had to be handcut and 3. Our key was broken. Never once apologized, asked us to leave because he doesn't like people pointing out the issues with his business. As we are leaving proceeded to follow us out and call us trash. ?? (This is all recorded on video).
