      Jeff ********, fishing guide, owner of Dewey Catchem & How Fishing Services, Minocqua, WI, charges $400 for four hours of fishing, and boasts this guarantee:
      "My policy is a NO FISH - NO PAY guarantee meaning that when I take you fishing we will catch fish or you do not have to pay for the service."
      That is the reason we chose Jeff, out of all of the fishing guides in the Minocqua/Manitowish Waters area. This man is guilty of false advertising. My grandson and I were with him for four hours and we did not even get one bite. Nothing. Jeff caught one 5-inch perch, so claimed we caught fish, and he charged us the full $400. He had my Master Card info, so I could not walk away.
      He told our friend that he has invested a lot of money on fishing gear and a boat. I understand that. However, he should not make promises he cannot and will not keep. You stand warned about Jeff ********, fishing guide.
