    I attempted to contact Liberty Exteriors back in the fall regarding repair of a gutter after a storm. I never heard back from them. I then tried to contact them again in the spring, initially received no response. I attempted a few more times and ***** eventually answered the phone. I sent pictures of my damage and work needed, and then did not hear back. I responded to the text message with associated phone number multiple times without response. Finally, received a call back to schedule an estimate. ***** is kind but does not have any idea about the company and its customers and seemed to have no records or recollections of any previous conversations we had had. The company was sold to ***** and *** about 4-5 years ago, wondering if the previous owner had done a better job. Would recommend seeking another gutter/siding company.

    I had a very unpleasant experience with Liberty Exteriors, Inc. of Mondovi, WI. The job was far from satisfactory and he angerly refused to fix the problem areas. He did not follow the contract and demanded payment for work not done. It was a bitter dispute. In the end I paid him in full. I just wanted to move on. I hired another contractor to inspect, repair, and complete the job.
