      This company will not respond to our calls or emails after they have failed to order my Dad's headstone. March 15th will be six months since we ordered and paid for it. I want a headstone, or my money refunded ($5,957.11) so I can order a headstone from another company. I can provide much more detail, however this space limits the characters I can use.

      I met with the Wife of the deceased  ***** ***** and daugther ******* *******

      The meeting went well.
      I apologized to the family profusely in terms of the service that was not provided to them 

      For your knowledge the *** went out on FMLA due to surgery and there was a breakdown with the follow up in terms of the ** taking over and her workings with the family 

      I informed them going forward I would be the contact - they have all my information 

      We are getting them 2 different marker proofs for them to review - I have asked the vendor to rush the proof back to us.   The 2 different styles with consist of changing position of the cameo, changing the font, and placement of the name dates etc. 

      Once I receive a confirmation from the vendor I will inform the family of the ***, and once recieved I am sending it to them via email to review and setting a meeting/appt with them. 

      Once we have a signed proof - I will ask this to be expedited with our vendor. 

      I have also had conversations with staff in terms of service / follow up etc 

      The family left on good terms, we had great conversations and are pleased with the plan.

      To note keep in mind we are also dealing with a daughter/sister that lives in another state 
      ******* ******* - and this is who signed the contract.
