This company is great! They just completed their second project for me. The workers are friendly and efficient and the work is beautiful & a fair price. I will definitely hire them for my future needs.

Had them do a couple roofing jobs of my properties. They were very courteous and work was done in time expected. With above par detailed work. Very pleased and the roofs look great!

I don't understand the bad reviews on here, All Service Specialists has done excellent work for us on the roofing side of things. They were here in the morning and done by lunch time. They also made sure we understood what was going on and what our warranty consisted of. Very pleased.

We've had good luck with communication with this company. They gave us a schedule for the project and when it was going to take an extra day due to rain, they let us know right away.

This is the most dishonest business I have worked with in Madison. I would give them a negative rating if I could. We signed up for snow removal in 2023, and they never showed up for 3 of the first 4 snow falls. We had to remove snow ourselves. Then they got us confused with another customer, and terminated our contract because they thought we were some else who did not pay their bill. After we got that cleared up, they forgot to clear our snow again, so we called and complianed. Then they came to our property and, instead of removing snow with a snowblower, which was what we had a contract for, they used a truck with a blade and drove on our lawn, damaging our lawn and landscaping. At this point, we decided to terminate our contract and report them to the ********* ********** of ******** Protection. After three weeks of ignoring us (not returning calls or emails), ****, the owner, finally agreed not to bill us for services, and we parted ways, terminating the contract. The owner was rude and condescending with us for what was clearly a problem with his business.Fast forward to **** This year we did NOT sign a contract with them. However, they sent us a fraudulent bill, saying that they were at our property for snow removal. Because we have a video surveillance system, we could prove that no one was here on the date they said they claimed. Again, we had to contact their office to clear this up. The owner just blamed his office staff for being incompetent. In reality, the owner is dishonest.

Unreliable and non-communicative. They have tried to charge us for work that was never completed - we have video proof. No email or return of phone call communication. Very disappointing!

Fence project started on Tuesday, with the crew promising they'd return the next day to finish. No one showed up. One person worked Thursday afternoon but didn't get far. It's now Friday, no workers. I have half a fence up with panels, trash & tools laying around my yard with no answer from Matt as to the broken promise to finish the next day or when the project will be completed. Absolutely unacceptable.

The fence job was finished that Friday - we do not understood this review. The owner went above and beyond searching for her lot lines on the weekend just to save her a thousand dollars with a surveyor and would cause delays. Additionally, the owner met with the client multiple times regarding scope changes requested. Ultimately 2 of our crew came down with Covid, which is why there was only 1 person there. The owner, himself came 2 days later to finish the job by Friday as promised. This review is 100% inaccurate to what took place and the communication. If the client would like to talk to the owner again, he would welcome the discussion, please reach out to him.We have listed the communication below as a reference:9/2 Client states she is ready to move forward with project 9/5 Client has to print out contract and put down deposit 9/7 Client agrees to 9/8 start date at 12:30p We already called diggers hotline even though the contract was not yet signed. We tell client that stake surveyor will cost $850-$1100 depending on how many many stakes currently exist that the surveyor can find and they can squeeze the client in the very next ******* should be noted that the client was having and continued to have ongoing phone reception issues.9/9 We communicated regarding the bronze color the client requested Per our supplier, it considered is a more unusual color and therefore, will be more expensive.Client said to move forward with bronze color even though turnaround time is estimated to be 2 months. Client told us that the map from city was mailed to her, we wanted to compare our map to that one. We also offered to come out again and did, over the weekend, to try to find the lot lines so she would save $1,000 She also agreed with us to get the surveyor scheduled in case we needed them.Client noted to us the gas lines on the north side of the property had not yet been marked. We responded that we requested to diggers hotline that the whole yard was to be marked and would call again. Client then requested we delay the scheduled date of install due to a personal issue going on.9/12 We stopped by to take another look at the property Clients garage was left open, we texted her and offered to close it for her which we did. We informed her that the latch was in need of repair, which is probably why it opened. We offered to repair it for her.We informed the client that her property lines are not where she had thought, so therefore, her garden would not have to be moved! Client was very happy, she thanked us and also said yes, please repair garage latch. Client stated she had no idea that her property line was that far over and remarked that she was surprised ****** maps were that far off.Client thanked us for taking the extra steps to ensure property line was correct and for closing garage door!9/26 Owner met with the client to review scope of work again Should there be a 2ft area left for mowing?9/26 Client texted owner regarding scope again Client was thinking there needs to be a space between fence and trees so she can trim her branches back as they grow. We replied we can add as much as she would like.10/4 Work was scheduled and began 10/7 We told client that 2 of our crew came down with Covid We will to replace the workers with another team, who will be there ASAP, they had to finish their job, it would be a couple of days, and the job would be finish by week end. 10/8 Owner noticed that the text didnt go through to client Owner sent another text apologizing and tell her he would be there personally to finish job. Owner also texted that we tried to save the client money by coming to the property multiple times regarding lot lines, so she wouldnt need the surveyor, plus, going through multiple scope changes that the client wanted. We wanted to ensure our client was happy and satisfied. Client didnt respond.10/13 We also followed up with an in-person inspection/ property visit with the client on to make sure the client was satisfied with the work. We have photos of the finished job but there is nowhere to upload them here.
